Itne degrees course ke bad bhi teachers ko specially jo private institutions me padhate hai unko salary to kabhi utni nahi milti…but haan ye zarur hota hai ke jo eligibility criteria government educational institutions ke liye mandatory hota hai private bhi usko mandatory kar dete hai but jab salary promotion aur respect ki bat ati hai tab bhul jao sab… Teachers ki life to ajkal kya ho gayi hai ye apko mere post kiye huye pictures se pata chal jayega ..padhiyega zarur…Mere PMO ko likhe huye letter ka pictures post kar rahi hu . Ye letter maine aaj ki present education system ke problems ke bare me likha hai specially jo problems private educational institutions me kam kar rahe teachers ko face karne par rahe hai. Kuch hi dino pehle teacher’s day bita hai sabhi ne social media par khub celebrate kia hai but sahi maiyno me apne teacher ke prati apki guru dakshina tabhi hogi jab aap in sabhi teachers ke problems ko solve karne me unki madat kare , government tak ye problems ko pahuchaye jisse ki unsab ka koi solutions nikale humara education system improve ho . Aap aaj jo bhi hai kahi na kahi apke teachers ke wajah se hi hai to please ye karna to banta hai apke liye🙏🙏🙏. Maine to apna kam kam kiya jiske return me mujhe PMO se call bhi aya tha ab dekhte hai ye problems kab tak solve hota hai …ab apki bari hai ….agar aap sab chahte hai ke future me bhi apko teachers ki kami mehsus na ho to please help kijiye varna wo din dur nahi jab koi bhi candidate TEACHER banna nahi chahega.
